Karma is given from you, if you were satisfied or not satisfied with your transaction. Click on that and give them some karma if you got good service if you received bad service then take a way a little Karma. Karma can also be given to those that make threads or posts answering your questions or possible offering a tutorial or a thread that you find helpful to expand your knowledge.. If you feel they were helpful in their thread or their post then give them some karma. This lets people know when they look at Karma that this person can be relied upon as well as trusted. When you first arrive make sure you take a look at your profile page and update the information for yourself this helps others in identifying you. You may opt to put in your real information or you may be fictional as there is not a real play for who you are in real life unless you choose to offer such. Unless you wish for people to know who you are on IMVU do not use your avatar name. Place that Great Avatar picture of yourself up there for all to see. Your Pics should be 250 x 250 pxls (pixels)
When you make a Thread Please make sure your Subject is clear and precise and short. Then in your content explain what it is you are wanting be detailed and if it requires pics please use the link for images to post them. Look at the top of your thread box and you will see "Img" click on that and it and it will bring the code up between the center brackets post the images url and it will show up in your thread. The more you are explanatory in what it is you are presenting in your thread the more Medits you will receive. To simply write thank you or ok or I need help does not offer much for the next reader to know what you are talking about or who you are thanking or for what. So be descriptive and precise. Social games which do not give Medits you can use what it calls for to respond.
