disables accounts 6 posts

Hello, my doubt is that you can activate a disables account without having data of her, mail, or password, and if possible how much it would cost you to get it thanks

Probably impossible. Only the staff can do it.

You're not going to be able to do it without all of the account information. :/

imvu implied some new rules into getting your accounts back and one of them requires you taking a selfy with your ID next to your face

Hello, if you want to get a disabled account active again, first you have to actually call (which is actually fastest way) IMVU customer service, even tho it will mention support press # .. or billing press #.. well, just a heads up.. they only answer the billing line lol. Anyways, you call imvu, tell them the account information, you will have to provide proof of it actually being owned by you, I have always just provided the credit card info or paypal info used on the account along with last purchase and the amount etc... however, since so many asshats out there decides to take advantage and steal others accounts credits etc.. yeah imvu may have updated their policy on providing proof of ownership. Going forward, you will have to ask them exactly what is the reason for them to disable the account to begin with. ***NOTE*** if it was the account owner that actually disabled it (NOT IMVU STAFF) then all you would have to do is to go to the email that was sent to the registered email on the account, there down towards to bottom of the email will have instructions on how to reinstate the account. but this is only possible if the owner of the account decided to disable the account. Otherwise, contact imvu customer service and they will instruct you on how to reactivate the account.
Also, please note that there is a difference between an account being disabled or retired. If it is just retired then contact IMVU staff letting them know the account details and that you want to bring the account back active and they will get ya squared away and back chatting in no time.
If there are any fees that has been assessed the account its usually because of a purchase that has been reversed, some issue with terms being ignored or broken etc, they are the only ones that will be able to let ya know any fines or fees and the amounts before they will even consider reactivation of the account.

Yea, im sure there is no way to get the imvu account without verification.
