Effective today, IMVU has redesigned their help center. Whether this be for the better or worse, you decide.

I've heard mixed reports. Some people are getting competent staff, others aren't.

If the issue has to do with billing or safety, then tickets are sent to the US customer support team; else they are outsourced.

support hasnt changed. i say this because i wanted to know which tags in my public room info was considered inappropriate and they wasnt even on top talking about some make sure such and such is ap correct ratings and shit when my topic was about the public room tabs because people are reporting them to be dicks and i guess some i am using might not be allowed so i contacted them to find out which words wasnt allowed.

needless to say they didnt help.

I don't know if it is better than before. Once i was in need of help and the staff was useless

Well, I've been taking a look and..I think it's almost the same. I mean, I've tried to contact them before and yes, you can get a general answer fast but...then, I didnt get a personal answer about my problem. So, I guess they can be better in help center.
