I am trying:

01) His hp is private, so there is nothing to report on it.
02) His message box is clean, so there is nothing in there we can use against him.
03) His buddy list only has 5 people on it, so he either does not have many friends or it is a fake account.

I am guessing that the account is a dummy account, not his real account, made by someone who hates you. The hp was marked private so you could not see the account was new. The message box was cleared, so you could not see the date of the welcome messages you get when you join IMVU.

How we can tell it is a brand new account:
01) He is still using the defult avi pic.
02) The join date on his forums profile is only 7 days old: http://www.imvu.com/catalog/modules.php ... u=34434062

Verdict: Unless you can find the real account name of this person, it is not worth our time and resources to go after a fake account. The assailant would lose nothing by us attacking this account.
