Keep your products safe
What is it?
The IMVU Product Protector is a program that will make your products safe from h4c|<7d clients. When you create a new product or load an old one, it will lock it so no h4c|<7d client can open it and steal your files.
How does it work?
To protect your products and keep this method from being broken, I cannot disclose exactly how it works. But I can tell you that it modifies the chkn file before you upload it to IMVU.
Is it safe?
Absolutely! This program does not modify anything but your chkn. It will not change the product in any way and it does not connect to the internet. You should always keep a backup copy of your chkn in case you ever want to edit your product in the future
How do I use it?
There are 2 ways to use this program. First, you can simply run the program and then create a new product in create mode. When you click the save button, it will automatically recognize the chkn and modify it if it hasn't been modified already. The second way you can use it is to simply run the program and then drag your existing product files into the "IMVU Projects folder" where it will lock them all.
