Did you redownload it? I updated it the other night and added a login feature to it so it should be working now. whether to download it again and login with an account I made, this is a snapshot of two people who are friends and says the program is not http://i.imgur.com/AoYRxGh.png

due to changes imvu has implemented the 18 November 2014 now 2 people who had to be friends the program shows that are not friends
