Can you tell me? What program do I need to develop?

And where to download, thanks.

All you need is the previewer from the IMVU creator's page and a graphics program like Gimp.

Do u download the imvu program on imvu?

If I download IMVU previewer, which I am as of now. How do i put that on photoshop or gimp? To re-edit it, re-color it, and etc

1) you need to pick a derivable product in the catalog which you already want to edit (I suggest starting with an IMVU inc shirt)
2) you need click the product's derive link, this should open the product in the previewer
3) download the skin / map of the shirt
4) edit the skin / map
5) upload the skin / map
6) click apply changes
7) submit your product

^^ that is just a quick overview of deving, I do not dev much, so I am sure someone else can explain it much better.
