how do i get the female and male weighting file or xrf?

They should contain everything you need to weight male / female products.

IMVU's 3D engine allows you to set the influence of a node. When a node has an influence, it follows the same translations and rotations as the bone it is influenced by. If you set the influence ID to that of an avatar bone, it is known as weighting. You are weighting the node to the avatar.

I hope I explained that right ...
