When I click the download button it says not enough medits. How many medits do I need to download this?

I clicked the download button but nothing happened.. So I clicked it again and now I don't have enough medits to get it again. What did I do wrong?
-- Edit -- According to my medit history..apparently I've bought it twice now and still haven't been able to download. Could you message me the zip file?

does it work for banned acounts ?

It works on a computer, not on an account. Use it on a computer, and it will search the computer's log files for chats. If the banned account logged into that computer before getting banned, then it might pull up chats for that account.
