today i tried to send 10k to a friend but was unable to using the send credits page in my account as it showed a message i had reached my limit, so i went to imvu live chat, the staff there also said they have stopped gifting credits to people with the new 2FA (Two-Factor) in place, if you have reached your account limit they will not send transfer any credits over to any of your friends, they check and are going by your account limits now, before it was different with vip live chat, they would ask a few security questions and if all was well they would transfer the credits to your friends but no more now, they will tell you we have reached our limit, it seems pointless having vip live chat if they cant fulfill your request. imvu is becoming more stricter, what is going on...

Just a wild guess I think a lot is to put a stop to hackers taking over accounts another reason again I think is to keep up with whos accounts is whos, and because of the new system Vcoin I think its because they will be making alot of money off people because they get a profit of everything you do when you move your money around. We will see what happends.

Hmm, I think you are able to send 300k credits per month as a creator. Don't quote me on that though but I do believe creators are able to send way more than regular users.
If you can live chat then you probably can also apply for the creator program if you are not in it already.
You should do that, clear your web browser's cache and try your luck again Direct transfer or live chat.

Facts But It Kind Of Good Having The Extra Security

For a lot of people its just a free game site, but to others they are putting a lot of money into IMVU. Masher and Creator and some are making part of their living doing this as part of their extra income so I am glad IMVU is looking out for the interest and safety of the gamer's on there site. I feel bad when I think how much money I put into this site, but I assure you. I would feel even worse if I lost my account and couldn't get it back for any reason and now mostly because I wasn't using the Extra Security IMVU supplies. USE IT!! Also reading fine print in IMVU's Doc. They don't allow any kind of Mastercard Or Visa reloadable prepaid cards. So be careful before going out and getting one for that purpose. And last. Any 3rd party handler like paypal etc; and you run into any kind of problems they Do Not have to help with any refunds. I know most times with me they have with problems, but its in there. They do not have to help with any money problems unless its thru thier site only. Tks DataMine who told me to read game site rules a bit closer.
