does imvu remove hold from creator account ?

hi, i got a massage from imvu that my account temporarily restricted, i cant even buy anything to transfer cr or anything for no reason, i dont even receive cr from anyone. but i got to talk to them on live chat and they told me that:

Wow…. that is a very strange hold on your account…..normally they put account on hold for verification purposes….You really don't know what imvu is going to do with our accounts. Do you have any idea what you did?….like making bm goods? Or having them? That is really a very strange hold on your account…..Let us know what happens next….Hope you get your account soon….Goodluck.

Yes i do remember having problems when i travelled and also when my vpn is on…..but i am lucky i was cleared the same day….

I don't think he should send them any info until they ask for him to send it in though. Doing it before they ask might make them think he is just playing the system. They might still be running an full investigation of what's going on. Its sad that so many are losing accounts and many are people that started with vu from the start. I talked to one associate on vu yesterday and I was wondering why I haven't seen her in a good while but come find out vu took her account and couldn't give it back to her because it was grandfathered in and no longer in there new system and they lost her. Tell me that isn't messed up. The reason she said she got into that mess in the 1st place was because she was doing surveys and said she did to many and it some how reported her and she used the word abuse surveys, just because she did to many a day. Ok don't make no sense to me but she said she will never do them again and only buy credits now so I really don't know why vu is doing this to people other then forcing them to start over and make them pay all over again for what they once had in there inventory. Me I would just leave and leave come back if they did that to me. and last that's really dirty to take grandfather accounts.

Vu is really a mess up….specially with the many changes they made….and instead of taking care of those grandfathered accounts…..which many of them are accounts that made imvu….really sad….Stay safe evyone.

all u have to do is contact them and verify ur information from when u signed up and your card info. ur account should be off hold after that

Yes, but the account will immediately go on hold again if your ip is weird. I know a guy who travels for work ... his IMVU account gets put on hold multiple times per week, even though he repeatedly confirms his info.

Its really sad to see the numbers dropping in vu. and the people that are there for most don't hang around like they use to. If there on an hr there doing good. Im really not sure vu will last very long if better changes are not made and better attitude are not given back to players. I have seen a big change in that but not must help in getting problems solved. Tc all
