Every h4c|<7r should know how to grab people's history without direct access to the web browser. Once you acquire this file, you can load it up in any Firefox browser on any machine and view the targets history. Even better would be to take their whole profiles folder but for this post I'm going to assume the h4c|<7r only wants browsing history.

Windows XP:
Code
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>\places.sqlite

Windows Vista/7:
Code
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>\places.sqlite

GNU/Linux:
Code
/home/<user>/.mozilla/firefox/<profile folder>/places.sqlite

Mac OS X:
Code
/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/default.lov/places.sqlite
