1. Mustard. But it has to be brown Dijon-style mustard not that crappy bright yellow stuff that goes by the same name.
2. Hot Sauce. Louisiana Hot Sauce or original Tobasco although Tobasco has a Chipotle Pepper Sauce that's also pretty good.
3. BBQ Sauce. Has to be either Sweet Baby Ray's Original or Honey Bear's Tennesse-style - yummm.
