-Added login support for ap icons
-replaced the picturebox with a webrequest.

I have updated the IMVU Icon Downloader at the request of

I re wrote the whole thing in c# and added the ability to download icons from specific creators.

No, this program simply downloads them. Use another program like MSPaint, Paint.net, GIMP or Photoshop to resize them.
