there is also software name xn view it help also getting you caches from it just navigate to your caches and all will be right there: https://www.xnview.com/en/

and when i get empty folder
this mean it is already cleaned
and which folder i can upload to imvu this new empty folder or the one i put it in convertor

You simple run the cache cleaner executable. If you have files in your cache that can be converted it will either create a folder either on your desktop or in the same place as the exe file (can't remember which I told it to do) with the converted files.
