new vu mobile homepage layout

imvu changed up the homepage layout for mobile...what do u guys think of the new look? i think its cool...tho i did like seeing the total number of people on my friendslist right there.

I think it's alright. I like that there's options right on the main screen now but some of the options are a little silly e.g. dating chatrooms and nfts being one of the first options you see. I also think the different backgrounds are tacky.

I haven't used the mobile version for a long time, let's just say that compared to how I remember the mobile app the new UI looks nice.

As far as I'm concerned though, I still prefer the classic client... IMO the NEXT version (mobile app and web version) has taken away a lot from the user experience that you can have with the classic client. At least in what has been my experience.

yea...i do agree that seeing nft's as one of the first things on the homepage is silly lol i hate nft's so XD oh and the dating....oh boy....very very few loyal people on vu tbh lmao XD

i still prefer classic client too...but so far this layout is only on the mobile app...web browser version is still the old one :p

Now sticking to the post :
The new mobile layout can be quite overwhelming to new members I imagine. Personally I preferred the old style as it was much simpler to navigate.

i totally understand where ur coming from on that! plus the menu thing might be hard to read for some people. while i dont mind the new look it is pretty cool cuz now there's a bit of colour lol but then if u get on using the browser version of next or beta for crying out loud!!! it's the same as before with the boring grey look

maybe they added in the neon background to the homepage to keep the mobile users on longer lol oh and the kids too XD

Also I don't know if you noticed but ever since they changed the wheel spin to include ap products with the pink background the wheel doesn't spin perfectly centered, it's slightly off which makes it wobble. I don't remember it being like that before but it bothers me whenever I look at it lol.

It seems neat, but kind of different and confusing cause used to the old layout but I can digg it.
