Hello guys.
im here to request ur help.
firstly my name in game its Merethic.
and im here to say: i need your help.
there is a guy crashing me all time with a product, just because he is a kid who cant argument with anyone.
His name is Kenez

Have you updated your client or crashed since the last time the sissy asshole crashed you?

If no, then we can find the product ID of the crash product in your error logs. We can then flag the product and get it disabled. This should rip the teeth from your sissy asshole problem. If the product was made by him, then we can even file a help ticket and possibly get him disabled.

Just go into your C:\Users\********\AppData\Roaming\IMVU\ directory.
Email all of your IMVULog files to: IMVU_Dawn@zoho.com

I will analyze them for you. We have your back.

Ok don, just a thing, i have 1 similar product too but i dont use it on anyone, that can get me disabled?

Does not matter if you are not using it. If you have it and someone reports that you are using it, having it is pretty damning evidence. Why would you have something like that if you were not going to use it?

I used it in the past when assholes like that guy that i said crashed me, thats all,

so in other words you want his product gone so you can use yours? I dont think it would be fair to take his away if nobody takes yours away when he might become like you and not use it again.

No rex, im just saying that its true, ive used it in the past, but just for the ones who start to bully me. and now everyroom that he is, he crashes everyone. to be fair, i can delete my product or report it do imvu, i dont have any problem with that.

If you want to get rid of your own crash product to ensure your safety from people who might report it, you can do so by performing a product over-ride: http://www.imvu.com/creators/education_ ... id=8743322

Sir Don, where should i look for as if a Mac Pc user instead of this "C:\Users\********\AppData\Roaming\IMVU\ directory"?
