Hiding Room Products

Hello! I have no idea if I'm posting this in the correct spot and I apologize if I am.

I'm having an issue with one individual in particular. She likes to copy my rooms, my look, my everything really.

I've come across some rooms that, when I right-click, I am unable to see what products are in their room. It just takes me right to the IMVU homepage. So, I know it's possible to hide products in rooms. I've seen it and I've heard of it. I am just unsure of the cheat/code/whatever that you'd use, and how.

Is this something anyone on here knows?

I've also seen people who somehow hide their room products on photo stream, which I'm curious about as well!

I am pretty sure it's a glitch in IMVU. I don't believe users can hide their room contents themselves. Though I remember hearing once that if there's a hidden product in the room, it tends to make the products in scene page not load, but I believe it's more likely that the product just doesn't show up on the page (but it does show up in the url).

I'm not sure about the Photo Stream, I don't use it.

Hello,
As DM said: it is a glitch, and when you do the right click to view the products it will take you to the home page. the glitch in the beginning of the(right click link).
the fastest solution for me was : when you do the right click you should be fast and copy the link ( ctrl+ A ) then copy.

paste it on notepad and compare it with working right click link from other room .
you will see the difference between the two links ( the working one and the non working link) then you can correct the glitch in the non working link by comparison.
( I think it is just only two words are different) and you can correct the glitch .

then copy the new link and paste it in your browser.

Simple!

Yeah, if you're quick enough, sometimes the page will take a few seconds to load giving you time to copy the link before you get redirected. The link looks a bit different because when a products in scene page correctly loads, the url changes to what we're all used to. However, the link you get before it loads correctly still contains the pids.

Good to know there is no such thing as hiding the products in a room because a lot of people kept telling me there is a way and I was about to believe them!

Is there a way to hide your outfit though because everyone just goes on imvu emplorium and copies outfits using their products
