Hello,
I need help
The account of my boyfriend is h4c|<7d and he doesnt remember his e-mail.
We submitted a ticket to IMVU but he isnt sure will they help him or not. The only thing he can prove is his birthday.
He didnt buy credits with a credit card.
2 days are over and we still wait for a response.
He clicked on a link because a friend whom he actually knew for long send him a link and said "vote pls" or something like that.
He spent a lot of money for this account.
I apologize for my bad english though.

Please help us..

as far as i know without a credit card or a paypal purchase there isnt any other way to recover an imvu account but i may be wrong
about support not answering for days it happens to all of us try sending multiple messages to imvu and if your boyfriend still has the link he clicked on i suggest he puts it inside the message of imvu.That might help beeing more credible

Sometimes IMVU staff will give you back the account if you can provide the exact date the account was made and the exact birthday you entered when you registered the account.

Without proof of payment though, you are pretty much screwed.

Even with proof of payment ... you are often screwed. IMVU is not very friendly towards people trying to restore their account.

imvu is not friendly towards people ever lol

i had an older account witch i disabled and nothing created on it and when i wanted to get it back i provided all the infi then they told me they cant restore it due to ufi products created on it lol

Yeah, the reason they always gave me was "you broke our terms of buying" when I bought VIP for too many people, or "you are guilty by association to so and so by ip" ... always someone whose account I had logged into to help them with something technical, or over the phone "we see a note here that you are part of something called ... The ... I ... M ... V ... U .......MAFIAS? Not sure what that is, but I can't override it".

Sad to hear that it is really very hard to restore an account when you lost it in anyway...specially an account without credit card or paypal payment...It would be very hard to prove that the account is really yours..Even us who really have the detailed info of our account... is having a hard time restoring a disable account....what you can just do is randomly send imvu a message about 2 times a day and hope that they will restore the account! Some gets lucky in restoring them....so dont lose hope...GOODLUCK! Hope your boyfriend gets the account soon... :coin:

That was back in 2009. Now a days they seem to ignore the fact we exist now and consider speaking of us taboo. The last official mention of us by IMVU staff made it seem like they were afraid of us and what we might do if they ever tried fucking with us.

If he can remember the e-mail he registered with, they'd give it back to him.
