Fake Blackmarket Dealer

My friend, David, was approached by this chick named, Jolie, about buying blackmarket rooms from her boyfriend, Jesper. He was contacted by Jesper and told the cost was 25k, which he quickly sent over. Jesper has since blocked him and kept the credits. Just letting everyone know.
