Someone complained that you were duplicating their copyright and our investigation validated that claim. As a result, we have removed your creator privileges.''

anyone can help me with this issue and i don't remember that i did what they said. in case anyone wanna tell me to write to them well i did and no answer back please help me

i derive it from already existing product which belong to other creator

I did have some products get on DMCAHold but those were voiceboxes. maybe it was the person u derived from speak to whoever got you dmca'd or ask for service and ask someone oon the dmca website to see if they can find out why u were disabled. i hope that never hppens to anyone else someone is always getting into some issue with these people especially if imvu is involved

check to see if the other creator that u derived from has the same issue if so it has something to do with what they did because that happened to me. thats why imvu removes my voiceboxes

the other creator still have his item which i derived from active in the shop !!! and imvu did not toke away my product but they closed my SHOP

Thing is once someone reports you to DMCA they right there and then close your shop even if you did nothing wrong NOTHING at all. Put its if they find proof of copyright and plagirizum they then will disable your account. Thats the problem with creating, anybody could report you as "Copyright" but you be creating all your own files and meshes but they still will close your shop. And getting ahold of them is not easy at all. Also, imvu does not help at all with copyright issues have to email or call DMCA directly.

DMCA really sucks

I like to create as well but with all the Copyright acts implanted I don't feel safe any longer and sure don't want to lose my account over a few products. I feel there should be room for error's when it comes to creating and all creators should have a far share of warnings before getting there account taken away. Maybe they do but I don't want to find out.
