Been away 3 years...wth is necessary to restore my empire

The subject kind of says it all. Life got away and I moved away from the lifestyle. What necessary these days to have some fun. SOme of my rooms survived but I'm sure there have been lots of changes and new methods to ruin fun. Put me on please.

Thanks as always. I checked my inbox and there were so many treasures. I'm really glad I spent a lot before. LOL I discovered the Deep client and set it up...awesome. I was able to bring some stuff into the chat from my inventory. I'm assuming I'd give my date the female stuff with the *use code. My biggest challenge so far is getting the poses to align properly in the poseless rooms. I try to move them like furniture and usually end up in the sky. lol Is it no longer best practice to bring my files through creator mode? Is it the end of a little quiet in game reselling?

Black market re-sellers still exist, and are quite abundant, but are overpriced, with very small stocks that don't last very long, and sell their wares via chat rooms instead of websites.
