Don't use T5.

Use T3.

T5 does not receive security updates, which is why it gets you banned.

T3 does receive security updates.

The ban is not based on time, nor is it based on entering the client. Their server is watching for outdated, depreciated, and unsupported API calls. After the client performs 5 such calls, they normally ban. Every action you perform in the client, makes API calls. Some are up to date, and some are outdated / unsupported. It really depends on what you are doing in the client and which security updates your bootleg version is missing. Asking how quickly it will kill your account, is like asking how long it will take expired food to give you food poisoning. It depends on how expired the food is and how much you eat.
