IMVU Disabled Me, Without email or any reaason

Hi,

Anyone can help me ? my ava got disabled, but theres no email or any reason why im disabled. how to get my ava back ? please help me. i never do wrong

So let me get this straight, you didn't get a single email or any sort of message from IMVU, you just went to log in one day and were disabled?

You didn't use any h4c|<7d clients, submit any ufi items or otherwise do anything that breaks the TOS?

Yes, but I use one another id i buy, 1 or almost to 2 years ago, and a few days ago i transferrd pended credit there to my main id but i very rarely open my second id. and in the email said,
We recently discovered that your IMVU account was linked to other accounts that may have misused our partner offer system in order to obtain IMVU credits for free.


for info My main ava is *** & my second id is ****, idk why my id is linked to other account for obtain credits for free ? my pended credit enough for me and sometimes i sell my credit to imvu registered reseller like Anshex. the last time i sell credit maybe a month ago or more to anshex.

Please help me.

I said i do not use partner offers and they can check it where my credit come from, but they stil think im guilty. thats weird :( they disabled me cause earning free credit from partners offer that i dont use it. its crazy :(

Did you get credits from anywhere? I find it odd that they would claim you abused a partner offer out of nowhere. There would have to be at least something that hinted at it.

No, I get credit from my pended credit with selling my product. and I always refuse receiving credit from all my friend cause my credit its enough for me. for info first time i get reply like this.
