it's because i got extremely lazy to go back and get rid of the code and you know, stuff like that haha

STEP ONE: Click the link above
STEP TWO: Insert your scroll bar color codes

---COPY AND PASTE YOUR DESIRED COLOR CODE INTO THE GENERATOR. )
ALSO, MAKE SURE THE "#" SIGN GOES IN BEFORE THE COLOR CODE DOES.
ex.
STEP THREE: Press Generate
STEP FOUR: COPY THE CODE!
*(Go to your IMVU Homepage)*
STEP FIVE: Click to edit ANY one of your headers
(Ex. Contact Me -> Edit -> Edit custom HTML/CSS )
STEP SIX: Paste your generated SCROLL BAR CODE!
STEP SEVEN: CLICK SAVE.
