It was suggested to me that I should change how the online users are displayed in the shoutbox. Currently you have to click a link above the message area to display an area where the online users are displayed.

Should I make them always visible on the right or left side of the shoutbox? Do you think it would be better to easily and quickly be able to see who's online?

I vote Yes, it would be nice to know whos around, I think it would also make people stop thinking Don is in there too. So they can pm him instead of going to the shoutbox where he rarely is. So that might be a good thing.

I am neutral on it because I always check who is there with the link above the message area. But I am guilty of looking to see who is on in the lower right box and then leaving a short message in the shoutbox for them to see later. But Neka is also right for those who don't know how the shoutbox works. Either way you want D.M is fine by me.

If you would enable that, we would have a shorter shoutbox and kinda less letters viewing and it could be uncofortable for some of people here, by me is not anything wrong how is it now and if more ppl would like to see all visible online users, just do it, i'm kinda 50%-50%, but if you want to add something extra you could create an option like a area in shotbux where you could have Online users, Offline users.
And the option will be "Expand" or "Minimize".
In that way, the ppl who want's to see all online or offline users could click on expand and the ppl who want's to not see online or offline users, can click on minimize.

That's my opinion/idea.

That's exactly what we have already. The problem is people don't know it exists.

HA! >__> I'm one of those idiots. I just saw it >__> The egg all over my face is intense yo. I suppose It would still be helpful to have it tho, the average person might take as long as I did and someone pointing it out to figure it out.
