Welcome. I just added another trick to the opening post for searching the chat rooms:

To search the IMVU chat rooms
Code 
site:imvu.com/rooms/


Sometimes gives you different results than what IMVU's built-in room search gives you, lots of rooms by disabled and retired people.

Then it's possible there are no rooms on IMVU that contain your search query. What were you searching for?

I was looking up my account, to see what info might come up but nothing. Tried it with some friends accounts as well but still no results

This is a old thread that you have responded to Since this was posted IMVU has gone through several changes and updates. At this time the coding uptop will not work as it is geared towards the IMVU programing in 2010. Perhaps if Don or another can take a look and update the information that would be great. And if it is updated then we will be glad to let everone know the information has been updated and posted. As per Messages on your GLobal Message board you will see that the site is going through updates so please be patient..
