when you get someone's attention with your hand out motioning your finger for them to come over and when they get there you say "i just made you come with one finger imagine what i could do down there with two...or maybe you'd prefer something bigger" i joke with my friends sometimes when we're messing around but i did use it loosely for fun with my ex when we were together i would not recommend doing it to a stranger.
