That's their recruitment group Spawn, their main group is more Mafia related. After you join their recruitment group you are supposed to earn their trust so they can invite you to their main one.

So I can make it clear, Industry is a group that helps several Mafia families, in the beginning it was created to take down the Firm, but now The Firm is dead anyway (I think we should have a party for that,lol.) and well, the Industry needs a bit of help from TIM now.
