So all i have to do is send 4 dollars or do 50 posts for him and i should be able to reciceve vip? Seems legit I might as well do it so i can get help on creating and trying to learn coding and other things, I will do these and send the medits to him and or do posts in order to be vip

Correct, you can either donate a small amount of money to our community or get it for free by earning enough medits from contributing to our community with posts to purchase it from our shop.

Would being Mafia VIP give you discounts on purchases on the site?
Such as nice discounts on credits when buying them and possibly items
bought in the IMVU black market??

Not on credits, those are sold by non staff. As for BM, you'd have to ask

I typically give out a free gift around the holidays to the VIP members. Last year everyone got 5k medits; worth $10 in sex products.
