2 Badge Giver scripts I have found. These allow you to send badges from your homepage automatically when a user clicks the button. Read the included instructions on how to get them working.

damn... i really wish those download links still worked.. lol there are alot of badges i wish i could get

Probably, but I don't think they are needed any longer. IMVU has an option now to put badge buttons on your page, to grant your badge to people.

o ok. I thought it was a way to mass collect badges from pofiles.

There use to be a script that bulk collected badges for you. The script was called "massbadger", but the site that made it shut down.

There's still "badge directory" though, which makes it really easy to search and grab badges: https://cybervu.net/page/imvu-badges/ and https://badgedirectory.com/
