No, the only way to switch from AP to GA is by re uploading the product with different settings and passing the GA peer review again.

Anything is possible, the risk is yours. There is the likelihood of the product being flagged then get re-assigned as AP.

A few years ago I wanted to help non-AP users have a better experience on imvu, so I converted some AP products to GA, imvu received so many complaints that it ended up deactivating my creator.
