A series of malicious attacks impacted our Internet services, which in turn affected your ability to consistently use and enjoy IMVU. Over the past two weeks IMVU experienced some of its worst service outages in its nine-year history, with 15 to 80 minute outages occurring almost every other day.

We recognize our customers have many reasons for using IMVU, from lighthearted fun, expressing creativity, role-playing to making meaningful connections. Some people like meeting new people and having casual chats with them while others form and maintain deep and personal real-world relationships beyond IMVU. So many of the customer stories we hear and share with the rest of our team really touch our hearts. Has anyone else had issues with the software that IMVU advertise in their partner offers. I have tried a lot and a large number are installed but IMVU have not paid my credits. I have a couple I downloaded 3 days ago and no payment. Another few have been installed and credits have been paid after IMVU have reviewed my complaints but not these ones.

The software I am waiting to be paid for are:

Others I have attempted to install have had faulty installation files which have given me this error message, "not a valid win32 file"

Most I have reported to IMVU, some IMVU have paid me for anyway but the one I tried to do 3 days ago (Free Download manager) have not been paid.

Has anyone else had similar troubles with these programs?

Have IMVU staff gone on strike over the last 3 days> They dont seem to have done anything about my support tickets.
