https://provur.com/ seems to be coming back and currently they have the avatar card viewer available but they are working on the other tools and as far as im aware it's all free to use but someone can correct me on that if it was pay to use certain tools back then...
huge flag is when someone blocks u cuz of how u look irl...like they'll love talking to u and whatnot but once u give them ur bta they no longer want to be associated with u no matter how long they liked ur personality.
Who knows, DataMine and Don Von Alpha Dom can create a program that does this and still shows where a certain user is, even if it is in PVT, of course they would have to charge for it, and of course I couldn't buy that, lol The difference between the salary here in my country and your salary is hug...
