yes you can file a case and and send a photo of you having your ID card in your hands or your passport then imvu must return your account back to you because this verify that you are above the age allow to be in imvu
as creator you can create ap product but you will not be able to have it on your invertory or see it on catalog but you will earn the sales and nothing will happen to your account

if you have creator account you can make derivable product with the amount you want to receive so that product can be used many times as derive so same person who send you the credits can just derive from it and submit it and make it also at display only
imvu golden days had gone many creators and users gave up imvu after new rules and that days will never come back again imvu try to take over every thing and leave to others just change not good place for business any more
