Oh. Sir, do you have any recommendations on what I should study/research first for me to learn efficiently? Like are there steps I should follow?

It depends on what you want to do. In relation to IMVU, HTML and CSS would give you the knowledge you need to make homepage and product page layouts for exmaple.

I would like to assist in regards with the IMVU Room Finder. I really find the program interesting. Are there ways for me to be able to help for the program's improvements? If there is any way for me to be of use, please let me know

Not really, I just have to find the time to sit down for a full day and write the code needed to make the update work. After that I'll invite people to test it.
