I Just looked again at his link...He has VIP...and is in creating mode on his AV card as well as Tag says VIsit my shop. But the normal place where it says visit my shop on a persons card is not there. As well as last log in date was the 3rd. So it is not that he Lost VIP but he has either Closed his shop and made all his items not to show up in the catty ot Lost the ability to Create anymore. So it may be best if you try and Message him and find out the situation and if he could open certain things on his catty so that you may be able to Derive from.

You said he ripped you off 20k? Who did and what was the situation that made you feel he took 20k from you?
