i don't know exactly who creates animated or what kind anime figure you are looking for but here are some links which i think will be useful for you to get some badges.

FluffyCandyYummy is one of the better badge creators on IMVU. I believe she makes a lot of anime badges. I forget how animated they are.

Good Day yall,

This is the one I have been looking for almost a month, I am thankful to "moonkittenluna" for this thread and even R3X really such a great help with those links. I am sure this gonna help me a lot to understand how to make animated badges and will be able to pass further if needed. And Gripper i really appreciate for referring such awesome creator "FluffyCandyYummy" and I will look into it.

Oh making animated badge is really easy all you need to have an animated image i.e gif image that you use for the badge .
but buying those tiles from imvu will cost you fortune and for animated those tiles price get double .
If i remember correctly each tiles of 2px x 20px cost you around 100k maybe more i don't remember it exactly but you can always look in imvu. If i can find the link to it i will put into the comment

Well REX glad to hear from you, Thank you once again for being specific about animated badges.

But if you remember well, IMVU let us have "TWO TILES" all i though to it in use. if it looks good else i gotta buy more tiles till they open discount sales on badges.

I am sure it will be 40% - 50% less thn the usual price. anyhow, let see how good i can be... still gotta try lol.
