Hyper realistic drawing over a photo can surely modify it and convert it NSFW and as we all know now these days whatever human hand can make AI can reproduce as well one way or another, so definitely deepfakes on photos are possible, if I think about it a video is just photo frames put together in a suite to create the animation so it's just a question of parsing the proper pool of nudes for every position, skin tone, saturation, light, whatever and combining all that in the new deepfake, with almost indetectable results.
