Free Art Programs (other than GIMP):
Paint Tool Sai --> Click to download zip including brushes
FireAlpaca: similar to SAI, compatible with MAC --> Choose your Version Here
Krita --> Choose your Version Here
Photoshop is not free but version CS2 was made free by Adobe (Any version after CS2 will need to be purchased)

ive found this post very intresting and a good find, ive recently started editing pictures, learning my way around it, and these psd pictures in the links are great for me to learn and add to photos :)
