Unless you can get inside IMVU servers thru a backdoor like some very few 200IQ people do and get any infos you want on anyone then nope not possible. Yeah there is still a trick with your IMVU homepage and some coding skills but it's not perfect and I would says useless most of the time because your target will probably not visit your homepage with all of their accounts.
