Making a product into two

Hello, is there any software to divide a product with actions into two different files without ruining the product.
For example - a product have many actions and we want to completely remove those actions and make it into a new product how can we do it.
I maybe have seen this idea in forum before and it was explained too maybe I think but I am not able to find it.

No, but I have a list of manual steps on how to do it. If anyone wants to pay

to make such a program, then I will provide him with the steps.

Right now, I charge $75 for the steps, so I would recommend that he charges at least twice that, if not more.
