What is your goal? Why do you want all of the textures to be a different shade of color? Can you describe the input / output of the program in detail?

You load texture it deletes, Json adds opacity shade of color with opacity low to give it a different tent of color that make you could choose with a hex wheel. and then walla its more safe

That is quite uncomplicated, yet inefficient.
The entire pack of resources in a product is covered under the same DCMA, not simply the texture.
To be short, simply changing the color of a texture does not make a product safe to repost, especially when said product was set as non derivable.
Not to mention, there are also costs involved submitting a re-re-derived product in the first place, and a lot of creators actually need to be able to get customers to buy the products.
I.E raising a base accessory for example from 350-400 cr price to 700cr is a very bad business practice if you need to make bulk sales and increase your Creator level And that is exactly what would happen if you just change the hue of the texture and rederive it 5th time after another 4 people.

Besides, simply changing the color of the textures can be done with any of the existing photo editing softwares, free or proffesional, even on mobile. You don't actually need to create a specific one for imvu purposes.
There are already services for bulk image editing online, one google search away that can as well achieve that purpose.

Well yea sure but that's not how actually DMCA process works. I could go DMCA any product i want and IMVU will remove it until the Publisher fights the claim. Now there is a way to connect your Projects with your DMCA account with a HTML Badge. Simply switching some things inside the project makes it not easily detected from being caught in this process hidden or not.. Now yes there is plenty of programs to do this but with T3DE being as big as it is i feel it would be a good fun tool. Not only to help people with T3DE but to help others switching colors to assets in there own projects.
