How to block spam messages sent by imvu staff?

thanks for the suggestion, I tried archiving a conversation to test if future messages from the conversation are notified if archived.

I also tried deleting another conversation and a confirmation window popped up with a check field that I never noticed before although, to be honest, I hardly use the classic imvu website now since the Next version exists.

Assuming that flagging the option to receive no further messages from the conversation should work, I think it's a more optimal solution than archiving them. However, I still have some doubts, especially I don't understand why this feature exists only on the classic imvu website.

What you did now is interesting, to really know if it works, good is to mark the player's card and then see if he reappears, because IMVU has thousands of player staffs, only this year more than 10 new staffs appeared in my message box

im in imvu for 11 years and i think theres no way for it

unfortunately, deleting messages by checking the check box has no effect, at least not with messages sent by staff.

Archived messages, on the other hand, no longer appear on the classic IMVU website, but inexplicably are notified and are visible on the client. Strangely, it also happens with messages previously deleted from the web version (both from the classic website and the Next version).

unfortunately I'm afraid so.

At this time thankfully no messages are coming in with promotions for nft, vcoins or access pass, because when they come all at once they are really annoying.

There is no way to block that account. However, this has been suggested for years, and IMVU haven't done it, so I personally think it is unlikely.
In my person opinion, it is strange. This messages just a big spam in inbox on Imvu Classic. Hate them.

Glad you asked this questions because i was dealing with a lot of spam messages as well, still trying to figure out how they ended up getting my username though. But Imvu definitely needs to come up with a way to delete spam accounts.
