So, a recent room convo brought up the topic of "Spin To Win" prizes and how a few people thought you should at least get something off your wishlist, not just a random item. I've had some decent stuff I actually liked from the prizes, as well as some nostalgic stuff from IMVU's early days which made me pretty happy. Skins and accessories from 2010ish, or even earlier - a bunch of the stuff you forever see advertized as 'trending' or 'related' on the online catalogue. (Black lightning, anyone?) One of the people I was chatting to didn't know why we can't get stuff off our wishlist instead and while I somewhat agree, I suspect there's a credit value cap on prizes you win. I suspect 600 is the cap, but that brings us to the point of this post...
Is there a credit cap on those prizes? If so, what is it?
Of course, feel free to discuss and give your two cents on STW prizes, or what you think the cap is. I suspect DM and Don might know, but guess I'll soon find out. I don't mind the prizes as they are, as I said. It's usually better than winning 10pr at least. While I would prefer stuff off my wishlist to keep it down, I don't ever see VU doing that when a lot of creators are charging 950 per-item as a norm these days and usually 650cr minimum. Pepperidge Farm remembers (nice) couches that cost 400cr and change..
