That's intended behavior. Only people with one of the Mafias clients can see PRB products. If you want other people to see the poses and products, they need to be using T3 or Deep Client as well. (I don't know how it works for mobile.) It's a much safter system though that makes it extremely hard for your stuff to get taken or caught. Also means you're less likely to be caught in the first place, since only people with Mafias clients (and/or people you can trust) can see them. It stops the idiotic people who use them in public rooms getting it seen and detected.

I've had all of my products for 2 years now, give or take. Never had any issues with them, so I'm all for it. By comparison, I had a trigger taken in 2 months from a certain Dutch BM website/shop, conveniently just after the "insurance" on it ran out.
