Well Lets see If I was Admin and you gave me a bunch of "Medics" for training I think I would make me a harem of them and turn them out and simply have some fun with them....lol
In all seriousness though the medits are used to buy your VIP or well other access to other areas of the mafia..training comes in several forms be it in threads that you read through downloads of programs to help you out or simply through someone giving tutorials. A lot of the threads that you read in each section are not available to those that do not have lets say VIP. Sometimes all it really takes is to see that someone knows what they are doing or saying and it takes just a simple message to them and ask them to teach you. There are a few that do Lessons Via Skype or whatever chat platform you use some make YouTube videos as well to help out. So it simply depends.
