Yes it because That when you Download the Particle Product file and Open the Particle ".json" for editing ( notepad )
IMVU Extractor V2.0 will Crash itself. I have many time Tested with this. also its Quite old Extractor.
so Solution is - You have to Format your PC unless the V2 Extractor wont work.
but the point is - so when ever your extractor crash you gonna format your pc ? so better Get New one.
There is New Extractor Available now - You can Download Single or Multiple Files at same time
