Hello everyone, 3 days ago, my main account was h4c|<7d, and when I want to make a ticket or even chat with them in direct chat, I have this error message:

I tried to call them in Canada, but the problem, I don't speak English, cry

Alot of times its best to create a new alt account and message with that. There hard to reach otherwise.

yes with an account created 6 years ago, same thing, there I created an account, and finally I can write to them
