No idea, sometimes I feel they can sometimes it feels they don't, our private rooms were secure but I heard recently they trying to looks into private rooms and chats too.

It is very possible that imvu can see everything…..it is invasion of privacy but its there software…..they might not admit it but it is posible. Stay safe everyone.

We can verify that whenever your client crashes, IMVU staff's IT are sent a full copy of your chat logs from that session. The only way to prevent this is to use a mafia modified client.
We can also verify that whenever someone flags a chat, IMVU staff's community moderators are sent a copy of the chat log.
You can also find many recent news articles, about IMVU selling access to all chat logs to a company named named "Spectrum Labs" that makes AI. They are using our chats to train their AI to recognize healthy and unhealthy human behavior.
